Life design is all about very intentionally creating the life you want. We look at where you’re at, what you love and why, and what shifts and changes you can make that will really serve you. Life Design is a beautiful way of getting into all the possibilities that are out there and choosing to go forward from a place of choice and abundance rather than stuck-ness. Life Design helps us approach life from a place of joy, ease, connection or peace, making life easier and lighter.
If you are curious about how life design can light up your life, or get you on a path you'll love, please get in touch with me.

Rest + Resilience Sessions are for people who recognize that getting rest and becoming more resilient is a priority.  The sessions are specially designed for women who feel they don't have a second more to spare in their day.

We have incredibly busy lives, and to stay healthy we need to ensure we're taking care of ourselves. Resilience comes from a rested, healthy mind and body – in these days when we’re striving and grinding, where we’re keeping our lives together with duct tape and elastic bands to make it all work, creating resilience is more important than ever.

In our work together you'll learn strategies and tools that you can use in your everyday life to get more rest (yes, even if you’re working a full time job, have a side hustle and are looking after your family and/or friends or are going through massive change). You'll understand more about stress and how to lessen it, and you'll learn life design concepts to get more of what you want in your life.

The Critical I sessions are for people who are ready to leave behind the voice that says, ‘I can’t’ or 'I'm not good enough'.

We all have that nasty voice in our heads – we call it the inner critic. You know the one: ‘You’re not good enough, you’re too _<this>_, you’re too _<that>_, you’re not smart enough, pretty enough’

We'll hush that voice down and tune into another inner voice that would support you and help you to achieve the important things you want to do in your life. This is a deep dive into quieting our inner critic and bringing an inner wise voice to the forefront.

We'll focus on what that inner critic's voice is trying to do, putting it in its appropriate place and then creating space for what you really want to create in your life. These sessions are powerful in moving beyond barriers and self-limiting beliefs.

The Foundations sessions are for people who are curious about coaching and want to get quick clarity and direction.

The foundations of good decision making, of creating healthy relationships, of leading a good life all start with one thing. Values. We’ll be exploring what your true values are and how they can support you as you move forward to create the clarity you need to create the life you want. We’ll be taking a look at where your life is now, what you most want to work on and making a plan.

Wandering Traveler

This is it. A longer-term relationship with me where we’ll be working with clarity, values, emotional intelligence and communication. This package is for people who are ready to really step up their game and make significant shifts to attain the life you want. It’s all about working with you from the inside out to create the change you want in your life. We’ll be getting clear and making actionable plans to get you where you want to go.

Sat on the Rocks

I would love to have a conversation with you to explore where you're at and how I can best partner with you to create your best life. I'm always open to having a clarifying conversation so you understand just how life design can serve you best.

"Kelly helped me approach a tough decision with more clarity, more fullness. Her coaching helped me embrace the excitement that was hidden under some slightly gunky layers of trepidation and guilt. Thank you, Kelly. I'm so glad you were there with me!"

Kelly’s insights add depth and focused reflection to my work, family and personal processes. She is a true bricoleur, pulling from her learning in different bodies of work as a situation requires and she always has a useful tool, quote or resource up her sleeve. She is a collaborative coach, ebbing and flowing with what’s front of mind on a given day and she pushes my thinking in provocative yet gentle ways.
